Welcome to TechnoVeda Software Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, website, products, software, digital solutions, consultancy, and all business transactions. By engaging our services, making payments, signing agreements, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, signing an agreement, making a payment, or using any service offered by TechnoVeda Software Private Limited, the client agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.


2. Scope of Services

TechnoVeda provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Business Registration
  • NGO Registration
  • Company Compliance
  • Taxation Services
  • Website Development
  • Software Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • AI & Automation
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • Business Consultancy
  • Domain & Hosting
  • Technical Support

Any service outside the agreed scope shall be treated as additional work and billed separately.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payments shall be made according to the approved quotation, proposal, agreement, or invoice.
  • TechnoVeda may offer one-time or milestone-based payment plans depending on the project.
  • Final project delivery, credentials, source files (if included), and deployment will be completed only after full payment has been received.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding dues are cleared.

4. Refund Policy

All services provided by TechnoVeda Software Private Limited are strictly non-refundable.

Government fees, statutory fees, domain registration, hosting, API subscriptions, third-party licences, cloud services, and other external charges are also non-refundable.


5. Client Responsibilities

The client shall:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Submit all required documents on time.
  • Provide timely approvals and feedback.
  • Share OTPs and verification details where required.
  • Ensure that all submitted content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Any delay caused by the client may extend the project timeline.


6. Project Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Client response time
  • Government approvals
  • Third-party services
  • Domain or hosting activation
  • Technical complexity
  • Force majeure events

TechnoVeda shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.


7. Revisions

Minor revisions within the agreed scope will be provided where applicable.

Major changes, redesigns, or additional features requested after approval or outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate project and charged accordingly.


8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All concepts, designs, source files, software, code, graphics, documents, and deliverables remain the property of TechnoVeda until full payment has been received.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party components governed by their own licences.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information, documents, credentials, financial information, and project data shared during the engagement.


10. Third-Party Services

Some projects may rely on third-party providers such as:

  • Government Portals
  • Domain Registrars
  • Hosting Providers
  • Payment Gateways
  • Cloud Platforms
  • API Providers

TechnoVeda is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, delays, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by these providers.


11. Website & Software Services

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final version before deployment.
  • After the website or software is made live, future enhancements or new features may require additional charges unless covered under a maintenance agreement.
  • Clients are responsible for protecting login credentials provided after handover.

12. Support & Maintenance

Support will be provided according to the package or agreement selected by the client.

Services outside the agreed support scope may attract additional charges.


13. Limitation of Liability

TechnoVeda shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses or loss of profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Data loss caused by third-party providers or client actions
  • Government rejection of applications
  • Delays beyond its reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.


14. Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has commenced:

  • No refund shall be issued.
  • Payments already received shall remain with TechnoVeda.
  • Completed work shall remain the property of TechnoVeda until all dues are cleared.

15. Compliance with Laws

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business activities, content, and use of TechnoVeda’s services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


16. Force Majeure

TechnoVeda shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, government restrictions, internet outages, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.


17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar.


18. Amendments

TechnoVeda reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version published on our official website shall supersede previous versions.
