As our services involve business registration, legal documentation, compliance, software development, website development, branding, digital marketing, consultancy, and customized digital solutions, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to all clients.

By availing any service from TechnoVeda Software Private Limited, you agree to this policy.


1. Non-Refundable Policy

All services provided by TechnoVeda Software Private Limited are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a project, registration, consultation, documentation, development, or any service has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.


2. Services Covered Under This Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by TechnoVeda, including but not limited to:

  • Business Registration

  • Partnership Registration
  • Proprietorship Registration
  • GST Registration
  • Trademark Registration
  • ISO Certification Assistance

  • Startup India Assistance
  • Website Development
  • Software Development
  • Mobile Application Development
  • ERP / CRM Development
  • Cloud Solutions
  • AI & Automation Services
  • Branding & Graphic Design

  • Business Consultancy

  • Domain & Hosting Services
  • Any customized or packaged service offered by TechnoVeda.

3. Government & Third-Party Charges

Government fees, statutory fees, stamp duty, DSC charges, domain registration fees, hosting charges, API subscriptions, payment gateway charges, software licenses, cloud services, SMS/email credits, and any third-party service charges are non-refundable, regardless of project status.


4. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the project after confirmation or after work has commenced:

  • No refund shall be made.
  • Payments already received shall be forfeited.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date shall remain the property of TechnoVeda until all outstanding dues, if any, are settled.

5. Cancellation by TechnoVeda

TechnoVeda reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if:

  • The client provides false or misleading information.
  • Required documents are not submitted despite repeated reminders.
  • The client engages in abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or unethical conduct.
  • The client breaches this agreement or applicable laws.

In such cases, no refund shall be payable.


6. Client Delay

If the client delays document submission, approvals, payments, OTP verification, or any required response, project timelines will automatically extend.

Such delays do not entitle the client to a refund or compensation.


7. Customized Services

All customized work, including software, websites, branding, graphics, UI/UX, mobile applications, automation, AI solutions, and consulting services, is developed specifically for the client and is therefore non-refundable.


8. Service Completion

Once a service has been delivered, submitted, handed over, deployed, or made live, it shall be deemed accepted unless the client reports genuine issues within the agreed support period.


9. Revision Policy

Minor revisions within the agreed scope will be provided where applicable.

Any additional features, changes, redesigns, or work beyond the original scope shall be treated as a separate project and billed accordingly.


10. No Guarantee of Government Approval

Many registrations, approvals, and licences are issued by government authorities.

TechnoVeda assists with documentation and submission but does not guarantee approval, as the final decision rests solely with the respective government department.

Rejection, delay, or queries raised by government authorities do not qualify for any refund.


11. Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after services have commenced.

Any concerns should first be addressed directly with TechnoVeda so that a mutually acceptable resolution can be explored.


12. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this policy shall be entirely at the sole discretion of TechnoVeda Software Private Limited and must be approved in writing by the Managing Director.

No verbal commitment shall be considered valid.


13. Policy Updates

TechnoVeda reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

The latest version will be published on our official website and shall apply from the date of publication.
