1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing TechnoVeda websites, creating an account, placing an order, approving a quotation, authorizing a recurring payment, or purchasing any service or subscription, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.
2. Services Covered
These Terms apply to business registration and compliance assistance, website and software development, mobile applications, cloud and IT services, digital marketing, branding, subscription services, management software, consultancy, documentation support, marketplace purchases, and related services offered by TechnoVeda.
3. Quotations, Packages and Scope
Service scope, deliverables, delivery estimates, fees, taxes, support periods and dependencies may vary by package. The order, quotation, service agreement, proposal or subscription plan selected by the customer forms part of these Terms.
Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional fee or separate timeline.
4. Customer Information and Cooperation
You are responsible for providing accurate information, documents, approvals, credentials and responses needed to perform the service. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may extend delivery timelines.
5. Payments, Taxes and Billing
Fees are payable according to the selected package, invoice, quotation or subscription cycle. Applicable taxes, including GST where configured, may be charged separately or included as displayed at checkout.
For recurring subscriptions, you authorize the configured payment gateway to process recurring charges according to the selected billing cycle until cancellation or termination in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
6. Subscription Services
Subscription plans may be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly or another cycle configured by TechnoVeda. Each plan may have different setup fees, trial periods, limits, support terms and renewal conditions. The billing cycle shown on the plan page at the time of purchase applies to that subscription.
7. Delivery and Timelines
Delivery periods are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Government approvals, third-party verification, customer response time, external APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers and other dependencies may affect completion dates.
8. Client Portal and Accounts
Where applicable, TechnoVeda may create or link a client account after purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables depends on the applicable package or written agreement. TechnoVeda may retain ownership of reusable frameworks, internal tools, source libraries, templates, system architecture, automation components and pre-existing intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.
Where a package expressly states that source code is not included, no source-code transfer is implied by purchase or delivery.
10. Third-Party Services
Some services depend on payment gateways, hosting providers, domain registrars, government portals, social platforms, cloud providers, APIs, app stores or other third parties. Their availability, policies, verification decisions and service interruptions are outside TechnoVeda's direct control.
11. Suspension and Termination
TechnoVeda may suspend access or service where payment is overdue, misuse is detected, unlawful activity is suspected, required information is not provided, or continued service would create a security, legal or operational risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechnoVeda is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or business-interruption losses arising from third-party failures, customer misuse, external approvals, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. No Guaranteed Government or Third-Party Approval
TechnoVeda may assist with registration, compliance, licensing, certification or platform applications, but final approval remains with the relevant authority or third-party platform. Payment for assistance does not guarantee approval.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised with TechnoVeda for good-faith resolution. Where court proceedings become necessary, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the relevant agreement.
