1. General Policy
Unless a specific quotation, package page, written agreement or applicable law states otherwise, fees paid for TechnoVeda services are non-refundable once an order is accepted, processing begins, resources are allocated, documents are prepared, digital work starts, third-party fees are incurred, or access is activated.
2. Digital and Professional Services
Registration assistance, compliance work, software configuration, development, design, digital marketing, branding, consultancy, cloud setup, documentation, automation and similar professional or digital services are generally not returnable after delivery or commencement because they involve customized work, digital resources or professional time.
3. Government and Third-Party Fees
Government charges, filing fees, payment gateway fees, domain or hosting charges, verification charges, certification fees, platform fees and other third-party costs are not refundable by TechnoVeda once paid or committed to the relevant third party, except where that third party actually returns the amount to TechnoVeda.
4. Subscription Payments
Subscription fees already charged for an active billing period are generally non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal only where the applicable gateway, mandate and plan terms allow it. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a successfully completed prior charge.
5. Setup Fees
Setup, onboarding, implementation, customization or configuration fees are non-refundable after setup work has started.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If a verified technical issue results in a duplicate charge or an amount is collected contrary to the confirmed order, contact TechnoVeda with transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be handled in accordance with applicable payment-gateway procedures and law.
7. Failed Payments
A failed or pending transaction does not itself mean TechnoVeda has received funds. Where the customer's bank debits an amount but the gateway marks the payment failed, reversal timelines are controlled primarily by the bank and payment gateway.
8. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a cancellation request is received before any work, allocation, third-party payment, document processing or service activation has started, TechnoVeda may review the request on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund may be reduced by transaction charges, administrative costs or non-recoverable expenses where legally permitted.
9. Returns
Physical return rules generally do not apply to TechnoVeda's digital and professional services. Where a physical product is expressly sold, any separate product-specific return terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply.
10. How to Raise a Refund Query
Submit the order number, invoice number, payment reference, registered email/phone and reason for the request through TechnoVeda's official support or contact channel.
11. Applicable Law
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory law requires a refund or other remedy, that requirement will prevail.
